Founder Story

I learned to surf as an adult and quickly realised that confidence plays a huge role in progression.

Like many surfers, I experienced minor knocks in the water and wanted a solution that combined the sun protection of a surf hat with an additional layer of protection against the bumps and cuts that can happen during everyday surf sessions.

Traditional options felt bulky or impractical for regular use, so we created Halo Protect.
